Return Policy
1. Customers can request to return or exchange the goods within 7 days of after delivery, but the return must comply with the following principles:
- Item must be unused and damaged.
- It did not damage the original packaging of the goods and affect our secondary sales.
- Items accepted for return must be complete with related accessories.
- The goods will not be treated as quality problems and will not be returned due to human damage, natural loss, aging, appearance changes under normal use, packaging and illegible defects of the goods.
- Returns must be replaced within seven days from the date of receipt.
2. Discounted, opened, used or damaged items cannot be replaced.
3. Items can only be exchanged once.

- No shipping charges will be refunded.
7. The return procedure takes one to three weeks (from the date of receipt of the return), and the customer will be notified of the details after the procedure is completed.
8. Craft Hong Kong is not responsible for damages after delivery.
9. If the item or quantity does not match the order, please contact immediately on the day of delivery.
10. The pictures of the goods displayed on this website may not exactly match the description of the goods. Customers may not request returns or refunds based on the fact that the product does not exactly match its online image.
11. No responsibility shall be accepted for any opinion or information provided in the display of goods on this website and for any inaccuracy or misrepresentation of such information.
12. When the delivery note is signed by the customer, it represents the quality of the accepted goods. Craft Hong Kong will not accept any request for return or exchange if the quality of the product is investigated afterwards.
13. The company will arrange a refund after reviewing individual special circumstances.
14. If it is not a product quality problem, this website only accepts exchanges and will not arrange refunds.
15. In case of any disputes, Craft Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision without prior notice.
