If seal engraving service is required, the seal will be sent out within 7 days after the seal engraving is completed.
The speed of seal engraving is generally 1-2 weeks. If you need to choose or order stones, it will take longer.
The production process of particularly large or small characters takes longer and requires individual communication and follow-up.
Return Policy
Returns are limited to unordered products, which can be returned within 7 days with the receipt. The product to be exchanged must be:
(a) The original packaging carton/bag at the time of delivery must be fully retained, and the packaging of the product must be in the condition that it was delivered to you;
(b) unused and in the condition as originally sold, together with all parts and accessories supplied with the goods, including invoices, receipts, labels, markings, consumables, bags and boxes;
(c) together with bound gifts Handle returns (if applicable).
(d) The one-way shipping fee for returns shall be borne by the customer.
